Buffalo Ridge Spur at Highland Park Mall is the family-friendly steak chain outlet, and reviewers name their server almost every time. Tanyaradzwa (August 2026) had Melissa, who was “so friendly, attentive, and professional”, and Ignasio (June 2026) got “the warmest reception” from Kelvin.

Kelvin also turns up in Able's more mixed April 2026 visit, stepping in after the assigned server disappeared for 20 minutes; the thighs and rice arrived dry and needed extra sauce, though Able still called it value for money. Andy (January 2026) had a T-bone that came out lukewarm.
