Monos Restaurant At Crowne Plaza

Monos, the restaurant at the Crowne Plaza in Harare's CBD, is used as much for business meetings as for dining. Mrs C. (November 2022) called it a cool place to eat and have professional breakfast meetings, and Chiedza (May 2019) praised “an excellent dining experience in an air-conditioned room” with staff who were “polite and helpful”.

Dishes get occasional individual mention. Rodney (June 2026) said the food was good depending on what was ordered, and picked out the pork chops as “by far the best”. Azhar (December 2022) noted that halal food can be arranged on request, and Fanuel (June 2018) called the meals “very elegant and delicious”.

On the same June 2026 visit, Rodney found the hotel in need of a refresh and the pool empty, though the atmosphere and staff stayed “super friendly”. Monos serves breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel.
