Spurwing Island

An island lodge on Lake Kariba, running since 1980, known for its food: a daily lunch buffet with pickled bream, three- or four-course dinners and big breakfasts. Day visitors can book lunch, and on Saturdays it holds a braai or potjie open to houseboat and other lake guests.
